Return & Refund Policy

At Meraki for Men, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and exchange guidelines carefully before making a request.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) are intact.
  • The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Only eligible apparel items can be exchanged for a different size or product of equal value. Returns are not accepted for reasons related to color variations due to screen settings.

 

Made-to-Order Items & Accessories

Made-to-order products, personalized/customized garments, and accessories (such as cufflinks, turbans, or stoles) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item delivered is incorrect or defective.

We advise reviewing the size guide and product description thoroughly before placing your order.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for exchange only and not for return or refund. In such cases, reverse pickup charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance and borne by the customer.

 

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing and preparing your garments immediately after confirmation to ensure prompt dispatch. Please double-check your cart and details before placing an order.

 

No Refund Policy

We currently follow a no refund policy. In case of any issue, we offer exchanges or store credit valid for a future purchase. Refunds are issued only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and a replacement is not possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

 

Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@merakiformen.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if damaged or incorrect).
  • Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return shipping address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the exchange or issue store credit/refund if applicable.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this time. All return and exchange policies apply only to domestic (India-based) orders.
